G3 was engaged by NAI Merin Hunter to complete the renovation of 60,000 square-feet of existing office space spread over two floors designed by LA Design. The design provided for collaborative areas with open seating and a fully functional employee breakroom and lounge located on both floors. New glass storefronts were added to the collaborative areas and conference rooms and a new executive area and call center were constructed. In an effort to maintain efficiencies, acoustical ceilings were utilized in the existing office areas and all lighting was replaced with LED flat panel fixtures.
