G3 joined forces with Brookfield Properties Retail Inc. and Hubbard Godfrey Architects to bring to life an innovative MRI screening facility for Prenuvo Inc. Located in the vibrant Mizner Park, Downtown Boca Raton, this 2,382 sq ft project represents the pinnacle of advanced medical construction. Crafted with foresight, the facility was meticulously planned to seamlessly integrate additional MRI machines as Prenuvo Inc. expands, embodying their commitment to long-term, adaptable solutions. In line with our dedication to bespoke services, we installed custom modular desks, tailored to the unique operational dynamics of a high-tech medical environment. Recognizing the critical need for reliable power in medical settings, we upgraded the building’s electrical system to a state-of-the-art 1600 Amp service, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the sophisticated MRI equipment. Demonstrating our expertise in specialized medical facility construction, we lined all screening rooms with copper, an essential feature for MRI screening environments, reflecting our attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This project not only enhances Prenuvo Inc.’s diagnostic capabilities but also sets a new benchmark in commercial renovations and medical facility construction, highlighting our role as a leading general contractor in the field.
