Arizona College of Nursing | Fort Lauderdale, Florida
G3 Construction was selected by the Arizona College of Nursing for the renovation of their Fort Lauderdale campus, located in the Radice Corporate Center and managed by Cushman & Wakefield. This 5,500 square foot project involved the creation of new classrooms, huddle rooms, offices, an IT room, a break area, and a Learning Resource Center. Designed by Kravit Architectural, the renovation focused on delivering a modern and functional environment to enhance both learning and faculty operations. Key upgrades included advanced AV equipment, flexible collaborative spaces, and a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, all completed with minimal disruption to campus activities.
