Datran Center | Miami, Florida
Our signature project, G3 Construction was commissioned for refurbishment of the Datran Center in Miami, Florida by Cushman Wakefield. The project involved renovation of the 10,000 square foot lobby and reconstruction of the building entrance, including construction of a new Porte Cache designed by Kobi Karp. The lobby renovation entailed replacement of the existing 40-foot high, 9,000 square foot ceiling, reconstruction of the existing fountain, repainting of the interior, as well as installation two (2) 75 square-foot bespoke light sculptures composed of Borosilicate glass drops. The front entrance was upgraded with new pavers, lighting, and landscaping, and the new Porte Cache was installed. All work related to this project was completed during regular business operations.
