Owner and President Gordon Gross, who founded G3 Construction in 2006, works to instill this concept in every aspect of G3’s corporate environment. A University of Florida graduate, Gordon has been a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida for over 30 years. He utilizes the vast experience and knowledge gained over those years to increase the value of every job and create that added benefit for each of our clients.

In 2006, Gordon Gross founded G3 Construction with the mission of developing and retaining long-lasting client relationships with quality project management and maintaining the highest standards. In a recent survey conducted by an independent third party in November 2020, we scored 95% in Client Satisfaction. We believe this is due to our unique understanding of our customer’s needs. Our senior staff’s diverse background, not just in construction, but including property management, real estate development, and finance, differentiates us from our competitors because we have walked in your shoes.
G3 is a contractor that embraces technology. We utilize a top tier, cloud-based construction management software system, PROCORE, that allows for increased efficiencies which translate into direct cost savings for our customers. As more and more restrictions were applied in 2020, we were able to maintain business continuity and successfully bring the office into the field, accommodating work from home when necessary and minimizing disruption to projects and clients.
