G3 recently completed an extensive 17,700 SF alteration project for Rosebud Restaurants, located on the first level of an occupied office building. Designed by Barker Nestor and Jackson-Harlen Designs, this project involved a comprehensive remodel, including the removal of existing finishes, light fixtures, and non-load bearing walls, as well as selective storefront window removal. New features include a full-service bar, back-of-house kitchen with a walk-in cooler, and non-bearing walls, along with new ceiling, mosaic tile floor, and wall finishes. Structural supports were installed for the altered storefront and suspended mechanical equipment. The mechanical system was upgraded with a new air handling unit, rooftop units, ductwork, and an exhaust hood. Electrical improvements included new lighting fixtures, wiring, and panels, while new plumbing fixtures were installed throughout the bar and kitchen. Exterior updates comprised new storefront components, including a door to the patio. Despite multiple design changes throughout construction, G3 effectively coordinated and executed this complex renovation, delivering a beautiful and functional space for Rosebud Restaurants.
